Yes, the Black Girl is back in Chef’s Whites. Including a tall toque. I am teaching cooking classes again at Le Cordon Bleu.
And you can become my student, that is, if you live in the Los Angeles area. Or want to travel to the Los Angeles area.
Bleu Ribbon Kitchen classes are for the public, and a wonderful way to learn a few specialized recipes during a 6 hour class. Classes are held on Saturday, and are selling out quickly.
Classes range from The Art of Ramen to a series of classes about Italian food to holiday specific dinner ideas. Check out the calendar for the schedule of upcoming classes being offered at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena.
Be sure to ask to be placed in Chef Lee’s class, although all the other instructors are fantastic, so know you are in good hands at Le Cordon Bleu.

Well, these classes are just cooking classes, no blogging or photography involved. For these classes, I am an employee of Le Cordon Bleu. Maybe one day I’ll tackle a cooking/blogging/food styling/photography class!
