  1. Place the sugar snap peas and purple snow peas into a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk together yuzu juice, olive oil, sugar, and ginger in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the peas, stir to coat and let sit for 10 minutes for the peas to absorb the dressing slightly.
  4. If desired garnish to salad with sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately.
