You know what, we have never frozen egg whites. Isn’t that crazy? It’s great to know that they can hold up like that. Meringues are delicious.

CHERYL!!! Loved meeting you at Camp Blogaway. You are a pure joy to be around. I just learned about freezing egg whites today, who knew. Apparently everyone but me but I’m going to stock up and make some of these yummy meringue cookies.
